Condo Description... Architecturally designed in a classic, European style, the beach house condos are solidly constructed with concrete foundations and "paete" walls. The outside is white, with natural clay tiled roofs. The doors and windows are quality American Pine, stained mahogany. Each dwelling has a foyer, kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is generous cupboard and storage space on each floor. The total living area, excluding patio and roof garden, is 1100 square feet.
