We work with you to help you decide the perfect location and accommodation option from all-inclusive resorts and boutique hotels to private villas.  We will work with the property directly and wholesalers that have discount vacation packages available only to travel agents. We will go with whoever offers us the best rate! Then upon the making of your final decision, we will mail brochures and a reservation request form to everyone on your group list. Your group members are then asked to contact us to make all travel arrangements. In addition to hotel accommodations, we arrange airfare, rental car, and sightseeing excursions. Groups must consist of 10 people or more. Airlines require 10 seats sold together to meet group rate minimums. Hotels vary, as a rule they require 10 rooms booked to get a discount.
