About Caribbean Journey
WHO ARE WE:
CaribbeanJourney.com was founded by Laura Rostenberg Sangster in January 2000. Laura is a Certified Travel Agent. Her love for the Caribbean has led her on countless journeys throughout the region. She created Caribbean Journey to offer her expertise to discerning travelers that share in her passion for the Caribbean.
Laura has worked in the Travel and Tourism industry specializing in the Caribbean for over 10 years. She completed Travel School through the American Express Intensive Program and has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing. She is continuously updating her travel knowledge by attending the latest industry seminars offered by ASTA, the American Society of Travel Agents, The Travel Institute, CTO, the Caribbean Tourism Organization, CHA, the Caribbean Hotels Association and the Tourist Boards for the islands of the Caribbean.
WHAT WE DO:
You have two options for booking your vacation with Caribbean Journey. You may work directly with one of our agents who will provide you with a customized quote. Or you may access our online reservation system that will walk you through the booking, payment, and confirmation of your trip. In order to stay at the forefront of the online travel industry, our services are free as we are paid compensation directly from the travel providers/suppliers we book.
We have established personal relationships with the managers and staff at each of the properties featured on CaribbeanJourney.com. These relationships ensure that our clients will receive priority consideration for any special requests.
CaribbeanJourney.com features a sampling of the regions finest rental villas. For your convenience, we have access to every villa on every island and will work closely with you to find the perfect home-away-from-home at the perfect price. From one bedroom beach bungalows to seven bedroom historic plantations, a proper villa vacation is the ultimate luxury.
Laura hosted her own Destination Wedding for 120 guests in October 2005 and has since helped over a hundred happy brides and grooms plan their dream weddings. Honeymoons are our specialty too!
For those clients who wish to spend a few days at sea during their visit to the Caribbean, private yachts are available for any length of time and any size of group.
Our Rolodex is full of wedding planners, exclusive restaurant hideaways, personal drivers, etc. So please allow us to share our specialized services with you and enjoy a Caribbean vacation of your dreams!
