LAURA Sangster – Founded Caribbean Journey 16 years ago after wanderlust & a six-month tour of Central America forced a change of heart from medicine to travel. Laura keeps her finger on the pulse of everything Caribbean, from pop-culture to environmental issues threatening the region and shares this knowledge on our social media channels.
CHRISTY Mackley – Joined our team after spending years planning travel for the dive school she owns with her husband. Christy’s love of the outdoors is matched only by her love of adventure and excitement. Her insight into these areas helps keep our high-energy clients satisfied.
HEATHER Coyle – Heather began her career in the travel industry in 1999. Over the years, she has sent clients to worldwide destinations, but her passion is the Caribbean and it’s beautiful islands. While travel is at the top of her favorites list, she also enjoys hiking, photography, and spending time with her husband and beautiful daughters.
HEATHER Dzubinski – Has over 15 years of experience as a travel agency owner and has sent thousands of clients all over the world in her career. Heather’s hands on experience from visiting most of the sunny destinations we feature has instilled in her a deep appreciation for quality time at the beach with her husband and son. Heather’s second favorite pastime is working on the fashion and accessories line she founded a few years ago. She lives by the quote “Life is Better at the Beach
JAHMÁ Levi started her life on the Big Island of Hawaii as an island girl and later relocated with her family to the Pacific Northwest. Since then, she has spent seven years in Miami and currently lives in New York City, where she has adapted to the cosmopolitan quick-paced lifestyle. But the Islands are still in her blood and the first place she thinks of when she thinks of her happy place, so she makes sure to visit them as often as possible.
KATANA Wolf – Traveling has always been Katana’s greatest passion in life. She started traveling the world at a very young age, where she found a beauty to life and gained a knowledge that no book or teacher could ever teach her. She has been to over 30 countries and the list keeps growing. She firmly believes visiting new places makes you happier and healthier and that a life without travel is a life unlived. She currently resides in New York but maintains her globe-trotting love affair. From zip-lining in the Costa Rican rainforest or dining at a 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi, she loves it all.
RACHEL Jarabeck – Rachel fell in love with the Caribbean when she visited the Bahamas on college spring break. She has spent every spare minute since then trying to learn about (and visit!) all of the region’s unique destinations. An avid writer and photographer, Rachel lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband and their very active son.
SARABETH Grow – A recent transplant from New York City, SaraBeth is an experienced event planner known for her innovative and creative ideas. Specializing in weddings and corporate retreats, joining our travel team was a perfect fit. Sarabeth’s love of running, swimming, and skiing help her to keep up with her two darling little boys.
TRACY Lavender started in the travel industry in 1991 first as a flight attendant for two commercial airlines and then embarked on finding wonderful tropical destinations for others. Booking travel is Tracy’s passion and she is happiest when her clients are happy.

05/ Once decided, we request all passengers names + birthdates and will place the trip on a courtesy hold.
06/ Once held, you will be sent a vacation invoice that will detail all the fine print + payment policies noting if deposit or full payment is due at time of booking.
07/ Once paid, you are sent a receipt followed by a complete set of travel documents. All of our clients travel with clear travel instructions + emergency contact numbers that are staffed 24/7.
08/ But wait – we aren’t done yet. We provide concierge style travel planning and will happily share with you our favorite activities & dining spots along with any travel tips that might enhance your trip. We remain at your service before, during, and after you travel.
