Testimonials - What others are saying about Caribbean Journey!
The resort was really nice and all the people were very accommodating. The hotel wedding planner, was particularly outstanding and did her very best to get my daughter everything she wanted...

Doing a destination wedding requires a lot of trust and you helped make the event go smoothly.  I would certainly recommend you to others.

We had a fantastic vacation!  Thanks for all of you help planning and scheduling our services!  We were able to keep the candlelight dinner under wraps and Jim was surprised!  We were also able to get a cabana each day either at the beach or the pool.  I would have to say having a butler made this experience.  They are very helpful and kids loved them!

Everything worked out well. I mean for a family the place is perfect. The beach and pool were very nice. They had an early dinner for kids which we did half the time and had dinner ourselves on deck after kids went to bed. The suite they could make much, much nicer at little expense but it was fine. Just dated.  The kids club was boring for Ella so she went one half day and then tried one other activity another day which was a bust. So I wouldn’t push that to people. All she wants to do is play on the beach.  Food was decent enough. The one night buffet was total rip off – think it was $70 head for adults and $35 a kid- food was fair.  All in all just had to figure it out as went along- some of food was good and some was terrible. I think we definitely would return because overall it was very comfortable place with the kids and they loved it.

The trip was great - in spite of having only 2 sunny days, which no one can plan!  Our room was great & thanks for checking on this. The hotel had over-booked our room type so we got a GREAT oceanfront room.  I'm sure it's because you checked on this for me.  So, thank you!  As far as the hotel itself, it was OK - nothing fancy but no complaints.  The best part was the beach.  It had to be about a mile long - and beautiful clear water with white sand - perfect for walking on, etc.

We loved it, got a car and really enjoyed Cove Castles and the restaurants were great and kid friendly. Had a great time.  Looked at the bigger villa which was really nice.  I just had one minor issue and that was I was not allowed to use the washer and dryer in the villa.  I went thinking that was available.  If I went back I would want to work that out.

Sea Dream was perfect for our family.  My older son was happy to have the downstairs room away from everyone and we found everything we needed.  It was nice to have a few supplies on hand like dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, etc.  It is always frustrating to have to buy a giant container of those items on vacation to use only a little bit.  I can't think of anything that could have made it any better!

Yes, we’re physically home, but we’re both still at Far Niente in our head – what a delightful home. Thank you so much, you certainly steered  us in the right direction, we had a wonderful time.  We enjoyed the location – out of the hustle of town, yet easy to get to. The amenities were exactly what we were hoping for. The greeter was very helpful and thorough, you all did a great job taking care of the details – from start to finish.

I wanted to let you know, that we had a great time in Malatai. The villa is very well equip. The staff is superb. We have to said, that in all of our trips to Jamaica, this is the best team of staff ever. Alton is a great chef and administrator. The villa is very well maintain and the location is fantastic. We were very impress with the beach, since we are very spoiled with the Bahamian beaches.

We had a fabulous time at Secrets!! Our kids absolutely loved every minute. The food was spectacular, the pool was refreshing, the drinks were exotic, entertainment was fun, the weather perfect, the beach was lovely and clean, and the ambiance couldn't be better. I have a lot of feedback for you but I will have more time on Monday. All in  all, it was the ultimate family vacation and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. And even though it was 100% occupied it never felt crowded and we never had to wait to be seated or wait for a lounge chair. We couldn't be happier!

We had an absolutely amazing time! In fact, Sandals Whitehouse exceeded our expectations. The staff were so wonderful and friendly, the food was great, and we loved the Dutch Village. It was perfect for us because we really enjoyed laying by the pool and relaxing in a quiet atmosphere. Thank you so much for all of your help and guidance! We couldn't have had a better honeymoon for what we wanted.  I will be sure to contact you if we ever head down to the Caribbean again.

We had a magical time! The Sandals Negril and Whitehouse were both perfect for our wedding and honeymoon, respectively. The Sandals Negril was very lively, which was perfect for our group. The Whitehouse was quiet and luxurious, which was perfect for relaxing on our honeymoon. The staff at both Sandals were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. It was quite a relief given our experiences with the Sandals headquarter's wedding coordinators. Our wedding was perfect in every way. Ever since we got back, I have heard nothing but great feedback from our guests. They loved the experience, from planning through travel. Thanks to you, everyone had a smooth and carefree travel experience. I know that our large group was a handful to manage but we really appreciate all of your hard work, patience, and personal attention you gave each of our guests. We will certainly recommend you to our friends as they begin planning their own destination weddings.

The trip was wonderful! You were so helpful and we never had to lift a finger! Milosh was our representative from Olympus Tours and he was also extremely helpful.  Kevin and I went on the dolphin swim, it was quite an experience.  Also our group took advantage of the night life in downtown Cancun.  The transportation you set up for us to and from the airport was very convenient. I'm sure if Kevin has anything to add he will, but I think I can speak for the both of us in saying you were extremely helpful. We will definitely be in contact with you for any of our future trips.  We greatly appreciate all of your help and thank you for making our vacation so easy and relaxing.

Every one of us (all 15) had a wonderful time on our vacation to Jamaica.  The Tryall Club and our villa, Viviana, exceeded our expectations, as did the fabulous staff.  I can’t imagine a more perfect vacation.  Thank you for all of your help; your guidance was instrumental!

As with our previous two trips to Swept Away, everything was wonderful. The view from our room was fabulous. I must admit we (well, mostly my husband) did miss the TV in the eveningsJ Weather was a little iffy toward the end of the week, but it didn’t matter in the scheme of things!

The beaches in Antigua were stunning. The view from our room was of Valley Church beach, which was such a beautiful place. We felt like we had the entire water (which was blue like a Corona commercial) to ourselves. The food at Cocobay was decent and the staff was fairly friendly. We took both a taxi tour of the island and a catamaran tour around the island, and felt that Antigua is best viewed from the water. Places that we'll keep in mind for the future are Galley Bay and Dickinson Bay.

St. Lucia reminded us of Kauai, as it was much more green, hilly, and lush than Antigua. The East Winds Inn was the perfect place to relax, although it didn't have the same honeymooners feel as Cocobay (as there were more older couples and families with teenagers). Brie really liked the manicured grounds and I enjoyed the watersports they offered. The beach was nowhere near the beauty of the Antigua beaches, but it was more than made up for by the friendliness of the staff and the high quality of the food and drink. We saw workers picking fresh mango for breakfast and lunch, and we saw the chef come out of the water with a spear and a few squid (we had calamari that evening for dinner). On Sunday and Thursday evening at dinner, they had a piano player who we both thought was amazing. We ended up doing some zip-lining in the rainforest, which was a lot of fun!

Thanks again for all your help in planning our unbelievable vacation to Anguilla.  The Viceroy & Frangipani resorts well exceeded our expectations and it allowed us to experience two distinct properties.  Our days consisted of either relaxing on Meads Bay or hanging by the pool enjoying a "Rum Punch".

We both agreed that our favorite meal was at Veya.  We look forward to a return visit very soon and I will again reach out to you for your assistance.

Excellence Playa Mujeres was amazing!  We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the wonderful food, drinks and many amenities.  I really can't think of anything that wasn't above average.  We had high expectations just because Steven and Kim Ross are such big fans and definitely built it up for us - but even then, the facility and service managed to exceeded our expectations!  It was just the vacation we were looking for. Thanks again for your help!

Yes the trip started off very rough to Antigua.  It did however get much better.  They did upgrade us to a penthouse room but did not supply a butler.  So it was a bigger room but not much different otherwise.  They also gave us a Cabana for a day which was nice.  We just wish we had not lost all of that first day.  By the time we arrived all the restaurants were closed, it was dark, and we were exhausted.  But other than that we loved Antigua.  The food was on par with any other hotel and at an all inclusive that's impressive.  We didn't want to leave.  Thanks for all your help.  We are already talking about our next trip.

It was the best trip we have ever taken!  We love the South Pacific and Mexico but Jamaica is edging them out. Both resorts were unbelievable. My husband fell in love with San Souci - in fact I will contact you after the holidays because I think we want to go back in May.

Thanks Laura!  We had a great time and loved the hotel and island.  As a mom, I was extremely pleased with the room details because I could unpack my entire family of 5 and still had nooks and crannies left over.  The only thing I was unprepared for was that the duvets on the kids' beds was really child sized and my kids are bigger than me - they thought it was funny, but we made do with doubled up sheets, etc.  The hotel manager who greeted us was very nice but the couple of times we called the concierge we were met with "attitude" so that was a little surprising....I think it was just one woman - everyone else was really nice.
Erika
Thanks for the note...we had an incredible time in St. Lucia and at the St. Lucia Grande. The resort and the island were terrific...hospitality was great; food was great; travel was long, but without incident (the helicopter was a particularly fun experience and worth the extra cash); excursions were fun; and the room was really nice. We liked the freedom to move b/w the three resorts, but we spent the vast majority of our time at home on the Grande.

We really enjoyed ourselves.  The rooms weren't ready at check in and one party ended up with a King/couch versus two doubles.  But the rooms were spectacular and the service seemed adequate. a bit slow at the pool bar and drink girls @ the casino.  the complex is huge, and it would have been nice for everyone to be in the same building. the credits were a pain, but they're credits, right? I rarely travel with a dozen folks.  Good overall trip and thanks for the help.

Our trip was incredible, from start to finish! We all loved Gallows- our unit was beautiful, the view incredible, in perfect working order- the concierge so helpful with arranging things- one was a great half day sailing trip to go snorkeling! I liked that Gallows was so peaceful and quiet, never more than 3 or 4 people in the lounges around the pool or other spots, amazing snorkeling right from the property, and yet an easy 3-4 min. walk to town- which felt safe- . And... I think this is the prettiest place (st. John) that I have ever been! We will def. go back again. Thanks for your help!

We loved St. Lucia and really enjoyed the Sandals Halcyon. We visited La Toc and The Grand...neither of us cared for La Toc, but Jim loved The Grand (too bad he'll never get to stay there since it was too big for me :-) ). Sandals Halcyon was just the right size for me, and Jim enjoyed it as well. We liked the laid back feel of the property, and I found the guests to have similar expectations to mine as to what they wanted from a "beach" vacation. There was much less dressing up for dinners than there was at either Excellence in DR and at the other two Sandals, which is the atmosphere I prefer. We thought all of the restaurants were very good as well.
Jennie
That was the best resort we've visited in the Caribbean!  The staff was so friendly and their restaurants were spectacular!  We couldn't have went with a better travel booking company, either! We are already talking about visiting their other resort that has toddler activities.

We had an AMAZING time and can't thank you enough for your help. The resorts were terrific-both relaxing, luxurious, and great service. The food was especially good at both places. When we first got there and were at Ka'ana we did trips each day and went to Guatemala to hike the Mayan ruins, went cave tubing, and then did the ATM which was probably one of the coolest things I have ever done. We had long days and felt like we were getting a good work out which was great! The guides and trips were all really wonderful- it was so nice to be on a private tour with everything arranged for us.

When we got to Mata chica it was pure bliss-we relaxed and read on the beach and were probably in bed by 7pm each night but it was awesome. As I mentioned the food was great and so was the service. We would happily return.

Working with you was easy and super helpful- thank you. We have already started talking about our next trip in the hopes that you can help us.
